Shipping will go Canada Post, at a flat rate of $25 for domestic orders, unless express options are requested. If we do not have a product in stock at the time of purchase there will be a shipping delay. This is usually about a week. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 10 days as long as it has not been used. Please email and let us know what the problem is or why you would like to return the product. We will email you back return instructions and authorization, which is needed for all returns. When returning or exchanging an item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. We suggest you get a tracking # so you can track the package. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in original packaging. When we receive the product we will refund you the amount of the original purchase (EXCEPT SHIPPING FEES). Some returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.


All products are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase to be free of manufacturer’s defects. This only applies to the original owner and must be accompanied by a sales receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, accident, negligence or normal wear and tear. If you feel your product has a manufacturer defect you should email with pictures and an explanation of what is wrong. We will contact the distributor, and proceed from there.
